Florida law requires mediation before residential homeowner are subjected to a foreclosure sale. The state is the first to implement eMASON’s Clarifire Application, advanced technology which provides a platform for all parties to participate in mediation.

The technology system increases transparency and efficiency while reducing cost. The system will also help manage Florida’s caseload by providing a venue for parties to communicate with one another and to stay informed of the status of mediation.
