Mediation Agreement Goes South

Dispute Holds Up Funds for 4G Broadband Network

Millions of dollars of grant funding for the expansion of 4G wireless internet in southern Virginia is being delayed due to the ongoing contract breakdown between the Lenowisco Planning District Commission (which was part of the 4G grant application) and Sunset Digital Communications. The parties are set to appear in court near the end of January to ask the judge to enforce the two mediation agreements reached by the parties in fall of 2011.
