NFL Mediation Continues 

Legal Team for NFL players Meet with Judge

Despite another mediation session scheduled for the end of this week, the NFL released the 2011 preseason schedule which is set to begin August 7. On Tuesday, parties met with the U.S. Magistrate Judge Arthur Boylan who will oversee the court-ordered mediation.

While Boylan is seen as a skilled mediator and excellent problem-solver, he faces obstacles in light of the fact that the past two weeks of mediation failed. “He’ll need to be at his best in this session because the rancor between the two sides has grown increasingly bitter as the dispute landed in court.”
