Divorces Alienating Parents 

Family Law Issues Take Their Toll

Parents from around the globe gathered on Monday for “Parental Alienation Day.” This day draws attention to parents who ultimately lose touch with their children through long drawn out desperate custody battles in the family court systems.

Some organizers advocate for mandatory equal shared parenting while others suggest mandatory mediation as part of the solution. With the high cost of legal services and the lengthy litigation process, the government has to “smarten up” and “put the interests of the children above the interests of the legal industry.”
