Bumps in NFL Mediation

How Will We Know When Mediation is Serious?

The NFL and former union resumed court-ordered federal mediation which lasted for two days. However, no one is confident that anything will actually come out of it in light of the June 3 appeals decision that is looming over their head.

How will we know when the mediation is serious? Patriots owner Robert Kraft said that he won’t attend the sessions unless asked and only then”he hopes that’s when it gets real.” If the mediation becomes more serious, it is likely that Kraft will be there as he is one of the owners’ most powerful voices.
