Websites Help Divorced Couples Manage Child Custody and Communication Minus the Animosity

Disputes arise during a custody battle that lead to costly court battles; however, various tech-savy websites are being created to help fractured families manage their lives in cyberspace without having to directly communicate with one another or to pay a lawyer.
Divorce mediators note that the websites add efficiency and eliminate emotions; moreover, messages cannot be erased and every entry can be traced so there is no dispute over who said what. Judges in Broward and Miami Dade courts are ordering parents to use websites (like OurFamilyWizard.com and ShareKids.com) to communicate with each other. “One benefit is that the sites can be viewed by judges and attorneys, thereby eliminating constant court visits over scheduling, financial issues and simple miscommunication.”
