Arbitration Over Gold 

Caldera President Begins Testimony in Arbitration Against Global Gold Corporation

Binding arbitration proceedings are underway in New York in a case involving Caldera and Global Gold Corporation. Caldera filed a complaint with the American Arbitration Association alleging that Global Gold Corporation illegally terminated the JVA between the parties. Caldera’s work involves advancing its silver and gold projects in the Republic of Armenia.

Mr. Bill Mavridis, President of Caldera Resources Inc, says that “Caldera is pleased to have the opportunity to present in detail the facts of this case during arbitration proceedings. We look forward to concluding this arbitration and moving forward the Marjan Project.” Arbitration proceedings will continue until the end of October due to holidays.
