USPS to Mediate with Unions

USPS to Mediate with Unions

The United States Postal Service (USPS) has said its talks with two different labor unions have now reached an impasse. USPS has been negotiating separately with the National Association of Letter Carriers and the National Postal Mail Handlers Union since August 2011, and says that if both sides now agree the process will move to mediation by the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service.
