Biggest Court in Nation Closes Courtrooms Due to Cuts

As a result of California’s idling economy, there will be some big changes in the California justice system. The biggest changes will affect the thousands of personal injury and collection actions which will now go through a master calendar judge. Courthouses on the west side of town, in Malibu, and in Beverly Hills will close and the courts will be consolidated into the Santa Monica courthouse. There are also implications to the ADR programs.
