The High Court Mediation Committee (HCMC) and the District Mediation Monitoring Committee (DMCC) teamed up to organize a conference in Nagpur, India to discuss the benefits of mediation in a wide variety of contexts. Justice SA Bobde said, “The mediation system has given a new life to litigants and advocates and removes elements of anxiety.”
