South Sudan Ready to Export Oil Upon Trade Pact

The government of South Sudan State has expressed its readiness to export its oil through Sudan as soon as a trade agreement is reached by both sides. The announcement comes at the outset of the current round of negotiations between Sudan and South Sudan over oil concerns in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and may be a precursor to an eventual deal.
