Faculty Head to Mediation
College of DuPage Faculty and President Robert Breuder Head to Mediation

The faculty and president have spent the last 11 months at the bargaining table over their contracts. President Robert Breuder says that the contracts must be adjusted given the current economic circumstances. Breuder says, “The college is asking the faculty for some concessions in exchange for salary increases over the next three years that would model those approved for other unions and management.”
