Golden Globes Trial Analysis: Time To Bring In A High-Powered Mediator?

Hollywood Foreign Press Association and Dick Clark Production spent past two weeks giving testimony in dispute over TV rights to the Golden Globes. This week Judge A. Howard Matz asked parties to take the time to try to reach a settlement before closing arguments on February 10th. “Neither side is talking to the other and some close to the case believe a settlement is unlikely.”
