After a bankruptcy watchdog called for an independent trustee to take over the Chapter 11 case due to “mismanagement”, a judge ordered mediation for Dynegy Holdings LLC. Susheel Kirpalani will serve as a mediator for the negotiations over a new restructuring proposal.
