Gulf Council to Create Arbitration Court

The Gulf Corporation Council, a powerful regional conglomerate of several middle eastern nations that together control much of the oil wealth in the region, has taken steps to create a regional arbitration court. A Gulf Court of Justice, to settle commercial disputes between member states of the Council, has been discussed and is being welcomed by several top officials.
