Cowboys and Redskins Go to Arbitration Over Cap Penalties

The Dallas Cowboys and Washington Redskins have engaged in dumping salaries into the uncapped year. As a result, to punish the teams, the NFL has stripped the Redskins of $36 million and the Cowboys of $10 million in salary cap room over the next two years.
