Cape Town Chamber of Commerce Resolves Conflicts

Centre to Help Firms Resolve Disputes

The Cape Chamber of Commerce and University of Stellenbosch Business School launches the joint project known as the African Commercial Dispute Settlement Centre. The Centre will help local businesses manage risks while utilizing ADR mechanisms involving disputes with local and international businesses. The launch of the project is part of the regional court’s goal to encourage the resolution of conflicts through mediation.
