Appointed Mediator Wrong Man for the Job

Mediation for Long-Standing Contract Dispute over Bill 22 Fails

A mediator in a contentious conflict “needs to inspire and possess the following four characteristics: confidence, trust, expertise and impartiality.” The Education Minister George Abbott appointed Charles Jago to mediate the dispute but he failed on all four counts particularly in his blatant acceptance of failure.
