Dental Mediation Service Launched in Ireland

Ireland Provides Free Service to Resolve Complaints about Dental Treatment

Ireland introduces free mediation service called “Dental Complaints Resolution Service” which is an independent organization but funded by the Irish Dental Association to help patients resolve complaints about dental treatment. The first mediator appointed said, “Up to now patients have been left with little option but to either proceed through time consuming and expensive complaints mechanisms with the Dental Council or indeed the civil courts.” This organization will offer an alternative.
