Sudan’s President Omar al Bashir has called on the East African Community (EAC) partner states to help resolve the ongoing dispute between his country and its neighbour, South Sudan. Bashir has over the last few days sent envoys to his EAC counterparts, including Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame, to deliver the message.
