Quebec’s Elected Government Can’t Give in to Violence

Student strike in Quebec reaches the 100 day mark. The government recently passed an emergency law which requires police give eight hours’ notice on where they intend to march. This new law is met with resistance and is widely denounced as “draconian” and public opinion starts moving against the government.
