Dispute Resolution Center in Bellingham, Washington celebrates 20 years of providing service to the community by hosting a luncheon that will highlight the history of the center and testimony from client. “The center provides mediation, training and education to resolve conflicts before they further disrupt families or workplaces, or enter the courts.”
