FINRA to Launch New Program for Large Arbitrations

Arbitration Parties Can Customize Cases in New Program

Financial Industry Regulatory Authority announced a new pilot program will launch on July 2 that will give parties more flexibility in cases involving more than $10 million in claims. President of FINRA’s dispute resolution unit Linda Fienberg says this new program will allow parties in large disputes to “shape their own arbitration.”
