Arbitration Most Civilized Way to Resolve Border Dispute 

South Sudan Proposes Arbitration

Chief Negotiator, Pagan Amum, insists the most “civilized” way to resolve the ongoing border dispute is through arbitration. He said, “You don’t need to fight over borders by forcing troops of another country out of its borders. South Sudan has documents and is ready to present them before the court of arbitration.” The Republic of South Sudan hopes that the African Union and the UN will help facilitate arbitration.
