The ipad is still not “officially” available in China since its release three months ago due to an ongoing dispute over the trademark of the iPad. The case is presently on appeal (which typically takes three months to resolve in China). Apple has made offers to settle but Proview insists on $1.5 billion. For now, they will head to mediation.
