Iran Negotiations: Souk Rules Apply

If you know anything about bargaining in the Middle East, the final offer is not made until the last moment, and not a second before. The same principle, say Israeli officials, could be applied to the negotiations over Iran’s nuclear program. “We will only know at the last minute of the last round if Iran has an offer to make and wants to strike a deal,” one Israeli official said.
