Smart Phone App Recognized at 2012 State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting

Picture It Settled(TM) Lite is a smartphone application (available on Android, Apple, and BlackBerry) that allows negotiating parties to track settlement. According to Family law practitioner Mark Unger, the application is “the only Mediation App I’ve found that allows you to input your case info, log offers and counteroffers, and gauge where the round might end in dollars and time.”

Don Philbin is the founder of the application. He noted, “We are so pleased that shortly after its release, Picture It Settled(TM) Lite was recognized at the American Bar Tech Show and during the Texas Bar Convention in ‘60 Apps in 60 Minutes’ programs. Disputants have used the new App in over 3,000 cases and their feedback has been great.”
