Overview of Olympics Ad Hoc Arbitration Panel

About this Talk: In this installment of the ADR Times VLOG series, Olympic arbitrator Maidie Oliveau gives an overview of how disputes regarding officials’ rulings and athlete eligibility are handled during the Olympic Games. Mrs. Oliveau is one of twelve arbitrators selected worldwide to be on this year’s London Olympic Games arbitration panel, and she spoke here as part of an ADR Times round table discussion with acclaimed sports law neutral Alan Rothenberg, athlete lawyer Howard Jacobs, and sports law mediator and arbitrator Jeff Benz.
