Mediation is Becoming a Popular Alternative in North Carolina

Mediation continues to grow and become the more favored alternative to litigation. Family law cases in particular are being resolved using some form of mediation prior to trial: “Mediation is not a way for the parties to get everything they want, but it can be a means to satisfy many of the parties’ needs and enable them to move on with their life.”
