According to new research conducted in Australia, “laughter is not only the best medicine but sometimes the best form of mediation.” According to mediators at Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, a good joke can help resolve legal disputes by lightening up the dispute, releasing stress, and helping to diffuse emotionally charged situations.
