Boy Scouts Agree to Mediation With Sexual Abuse Victim

The Boy Scouts of America were set to turn over thousands of confidential files until the lawyers for the Santa Barbara County sexual abuse victim and the organization agreed to mediation. The files date to the 1920’s and include “ineligible volunteer files” which outline sexual abuse and other misconduct by Scout leaders.
