Supreme Court Rules on FAA Preemption

In a Per Curiam opinion last week, the Supreme Court added to its recent series of rulings bolstering the Court’s position that the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA) preempts state laws that would otherwise undermine the enforceability of arbitration agreements.
