Volunteer Mediators Trained to Prevent Future Violence and Looting

Last year London saw frequent riots involving violence and looting in various neighborhoods. In fact, more than 3,443 crimes were committed. A local charity sponsored by the Wansdworth Council has decided to train young mediators to promote “community cohesion in the area in a bid to resolve social conflict.”
