Sudan President: “No Negotiation” with South

Sudanese President Omar al-Bashir said on Monday there would be “no negotiation” with the South Sudanese regime, who have occupied the oil-rich town of Helgig for 10 days. The governor of South Sudan’s Taban Deng state claimed Sudan bombed the area.
