Spain filed International Arbitration Claim Against Mexico

Spain filed a $623 million (500 million euro) international arbitration claim with the World Bank International Center for the Settlement of Investment Disputes against Mexico claiming that “the lower fees rivals are allowed to pay to connect to its local unit’s network have hurt its ability to invest.”
