Sudan, South Sudan Border Negotiations Stall

Hopes for even a partial agreement over outstanding issues evaporated Sunday, when Sudanese and South Sudanese negotiators failed to reach an agreement over oil fees. The mediation and the international community were pushing the two sides to reach an agreement over the two important issues of border security and oil allocation.
