Center Outlines Strategy to Resolve Problems in Health Care Settings

With the high-stress work environment of the health care, conflicts are likely to arise among different employees based on their interests and values. The National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) has a fresh approach outlined in the book, “The Exchange Strategy for Managing Conflict in Health Care.” The NCRC center also offers one-day, onsite training for supervisors and leaders in health care organizations, as well as train-the-trainer sessions.
