Class Action Lawsuit heads to Arbitration

Three strippers filed a class action lawsuit against former employer, Paradise City II, who allegedly violated the Fair Labor Standards Act and the West Virginia Wage Payment and Collections Act by taking a percentage of the dancers’ tips. The parties have agreed to arbitrate the matter after employer filed motion to dismiss based on mandatory arbitration clause in employment contract.
