Arbitration Was Binding, But Turkia Mullin Wants Another $113,000

Turkia Mulllin, former Wayne County Airport Authority CEO, praised arbitrators who awarded her more than $700,000 in back wages for being fired two months earlier. Apparently that wasn’t enough and she has nowfiled court papers last week alleging the arbitrator made mistakes that cost her and her attorney $113,000 or more.
