I would like to kick off this blog space with a brief run down of Olympic Dispute Resolution, or what I would like to call ODR. I just returned to LA from London having taught a Pepperdine University School of Law course with co-professor Maureen Weston on this very topic, on the eve of the Games. With this series, I aim to provide some approachable background to what everyone is seeing in the news in the field of ODR as well as to provide some insights that might not otherwise be apparent.
