Jerome Bailey
A certified mediator and neutral, Jerome A. Bailey has over thirty years experience resolving conflicts, litigation, and insurance claims. Employing the philosophy that “Mediation Is The Solution,” Bailey calls upon his extensive background as a seasoned claims manager and former litigation supervisor to resolve disputes to help parties utilize mediation to give them control over the outcome in an economical and practical manner. He is a skilled mediator with extensive experience in civil mediation, employment and labor, commercial business, workers' compensation, homeowners and divorce mediation. In addition to working as an insurance umpire, he served as a litigation supervisor at MARTA for eleven years. With a strong presence in the Southeast, he works closely with local government organizations specifically as a mediator with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution where he mediates court-annexed cases involving personal injury, contracts, and other non-criminal matters.
