Mediation could speed employment discrimination complaint process

A new Pennsylvanian mediation program is designed to make the process of handling employment discrimination complaints more efficient. Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission spokeswoman Shannon Powers notes that “neutral mediators can help avoid lengthy — and costly — investigations.”
