Today in act of complete randomness, two of my clients published articles on the Consumer Rights Act in preparation for Black Friday.

As if that wasn't enough, they took completely different view points.  The Retail Ombudsman - the U.K.s leading ombudsman for retail and the only ombudsman authorised to deal with airline complaints - penned its piece as a guide for consumers so they can understand their rights when buying online.

On the other hand, LawBite - the fast growing SME specialist law firm providing access to legal documents and advice at half the price of High Street firms without compromising at all on quality - told retailers what they need to do to help their consumers and protect themselves in a piece written by LawBrief Hannah Newell.
