The U.S. House of Representative Just Passed a New Bill that Limits Arbitration Rights for Architectural Barriers Under the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)

If passed by the Senate and signed into law by the president, this new bill would change and limit certain rights that were first afforded to disabled people 28 years ago under the ADA.
