House passes bill to force lawmakers to pay their own sexual harassment settlement

The proposed bill passed by the house and moving to the Senate would require members of Congress to pay out of their pocket for any sexual harassment settlements. It also proposes protections to help victims better navigate the complaint process on Capitol Hill.
