The U.S. Department of Agriculture has re-certified the North Dakota Mediation Service (NDMS) through Sept. 30, 2015, according to North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring.  NDMS resolves more than 60 cases per year including credit issues, landowner disputes and conflicts arising from energy development. Goehring says, "I am proud of the work the service has accomplished on behalf of farmers, ranchers and landowners over the past 30 years."
