Arbitration panel orders Wells Fargo & Co to repurchase auction rate debt

An arbitration panel ordered Wells Fargo & Co to repurchase auction rate securities worth $94 million from investors, Bloomberg reported. Wells Fargo is the fourth largest bank in terms of assets.
