Trial Pushed Back to Allow Mediation in Criminal Case

Attorneys have asked for an extension in Cody Hays’ trial which is set for spring. Deputy prosecuting attorney, Joshua Dolton, indicated that the defense and prosecutors are looking for a qualified mediator who may be able to help avoid a trial.
